Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

• Consultations are complimentary. Certain treatments may require a deposit at booking.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to provider availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise arranged. Prepaid packages and skincare products are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible service at our discretion. Membership fees are billed monthly and subject to the terms of your membership agreement.

Membership

Memberships require a minimum commitment period as described in your enrollment. Benefits are non-transferable, expire monthly unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change with notice.
